Price the outcome, not the lengthA 12-page Lisbon guide that saves someone six hours of research is worth $27. A 90-page one that makes them do the research anyway is not.
Ask: how long would this take them to figure out alone? Charge a fraction of that.
The three-rung ladderEvery product you make should have a spot on a ladder:
- Free – the lead magnet. One problem, solved fast. This gets them on your list.
- $27-$47 – the guide. The full answer to the question you get asked most.
- $97+ – the bundle, the template pack or the call. For the people who want everything.
Fill in one product per rung in the Notion template. If a rung is empty, that is your next product.
